Hello There,
Thanks for the updates. Adding an ID to the content bands is one of the many reasons why we created Cornerstone, our very own page builder. With Cornerstone, you can add custom ID on any section (compared to VC that you are not allowed to add ID), row or columns not as complicated as VC. Would you mind to try our very page builder? Our documentation mentions VC because we still have to update it. Sooner or later, when we finish our new documentation pages, it will be using Cornerstone. I know it more confusing but as soon as you get familiar with Cornerstone, you can build your page and apply one page navigation much easier.
Hope this helps.
October 26, 2015 at 9:25 am #640014Hi there,
We have the same problem here: our revolution slider is stuck on the first image. (you can see it here: http://monster.land/)
We deactivated all the other plugins, but it’s still not working.> Do we set the time in the “delay” section; or somewhere else? The delay currently is set to 2000 ms.
> If yes, could it be related to the fact that we don’t have the latest update of the revolution slider plugin?
We have 5.0.9 (and not 5.1).
> If yes, how do we update to the latest version? Thanks,
Lucie

Yes that is right. There will be IDs automatically assigned to the content bands as you create them. A way to check is using the Inspect Element feature of a browser. For example in Chrome, you can point your mouse to the section/content band you want to get the ID then right click on it and select Inspect Element and the code inspector panel will open. Once the code inspector is open you can then view the code and see the IDs assigned to the content bands. See screenshot attach for reference.
Hope this helps.
