I have successfully installed AMPPS/WP and uploaded the X theme. But in order to use plugins I need to validate. I am building this site offline and hope to replace my current live site when I am done. When I validate my url, should I use the url that it will eventually become? Or the root that is on my computer?

Will this affect funcionality when I go to upload my wordpress site to my host server?
