    Hello X!

    I’m having a number of new problems. I went to make a change to a page (on a site I haven’t changed in a few weeks) only to discover that Visual Composer will not load, or it takes me to a page asking me to buy Visual Composer. When I went to the Extensions page, I have an error “could not retrieve extensions list” although Visual Composer does seem to be there. I also have an error message the my upload folder is not writeable.

    I may be wrong, but I suspect this is all a result of some automatic updates to WordPress (that my hosting at Godaddy does automatically) and now I’m in a mess.

    Could you help me? I prefer to work as much as possible in my older versions without upgrading, but if upgrading is the only option, I could use some best practices on that as well.

    Hey there,

    It is important that you update. Please uninstall Visual Composer and install again via Addons.
