twangParticipantI have added and activated The Grid extension. I’ve imported the samples. When I try to edit one of them there are no details shown. See attached.
Thanks for your help.

JackKeymasterHi there @twang,
Thanks for your patience on this.
I’ve done some testing first on a local development environment and wasn’t able to replicate, after taking a closer look at your install, I can see the Grid edit area for the samples does actually load, but it goes off canvas to the right (screenshot attached).
It appears something is conflicting with The Grid plugin, the admin area as a whole on the site seems “jumpy” it doesn’t scroll smoothly, I believe that it could be caused by the admin bar removal plugin you have installed.
As this is a WPEngine based site, can you supply access to the staging area please? We can then go through and disable everything and find out what causes the issue.
Thank you!

Paul RModeratorHi Terry,
It’s in conflict with WP Admin Bar Removal Plugin.
I tried deactivating that plugin and Grid settings is showing up fine now.
Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.

twangParticipantThank you for your help. I ended up disabling WP Admin Bar Removal and added the Adminimize plugin which works with Grid.
