    We have x installed and i have validated it in my account, however it is throwing up errors every time i go to update it.

    >>>An error occurred while updating X: Update package not available.<<<

    Advice please??

    Thanks for writing in.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    You can try also updating your setup manually, https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/

    Please revoke your license via Addons (see attachment) then validate again. Please see https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/ for the validation process.

    Done it and it wont work. Wont let me update. Can you just do it for me please? Would be a lot easier.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for updating. Let’s update the theme manually for now. You can download the installable theme from themeforest or here – https://community.theme.co/dashboard/

    You can just place the extracted theme folder x under wp-content/themes/ folder using FTP replacing the old theme folder.

    Also please follow the installation video to understand it better – https://community.theme.co/kb/theme-installation/
