I’m using the Integrity Stack to design a website and I have it on my WP Multisite install. When I go to the website at using the subdomain URL: http://www.washingtontechgroup.six8media.com it shows the way it should on a phone or tablet. However when use the redirect domain URL: http://www.washingtontechgroup.com it will then show a desktop version on the phone or tablet. When you are on the computer and look at the website for the redirect domain URL it shows correctly, the only time it doesn’t is on Android or iOS devices.

How do I fix this so that both are showing the responsive version?

In that case, please give us access to the WordPress admin of http://www.washingtontechgroup.com. Did you make modifications to the theme files? Also, please disable all third party plugins.

Hi there,

Upon checking, you are using an iframe to load your subdomain site in your main domain (see: http://prntscr.com/8goz5b). Please don’t use iframe. For that you may need to move your site from the subdomain to your live site.

I guess the domain “masking” capability uses the IFRAME I do believe. is there an alternative to IFRAME or am I going to have to allow this to forward to the other domain without domain masking?
