    Hi,

    Just updated WP to 4.5.

    Then after going into my site and wanting to edit a page (Home), I noticed my VC GUI interface was not showing up on the Backend Editor view. See attached.

    – I’m running VC 4.7
    – I also have automatic updates selected on the X > Product Validation page
    – I have not seen any updates for VC in the Plugin page

    Any thoughts on why the VC GUI is not showing up?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in!
    Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    You can check updates from Dashboard > Updates if you don’t see any notification for update.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    Hi,

    Currently, my X Theme is 4.1.1. I don’t see any Update notifications in my dashboard. In Dashboard > Updates I see “Themes: Your themes are all up to date.”

    I’ve used X Theme for a number of websites. How do I know which X Theme on themeforest.net/downloads goes to my site? Will updating my site’s X Theme also update VC or is that separate?

    Very confusing.
