    only logged in users can see all the products on the website. not logged in users see only some of the products.

    Attached is a screen shot that shows 75 items available for logged in users. and only 19 items for not logged in users.

    I’ve check all the settings in woocommerce and it all looks good. i believe it is a theme issue.

    theme, plugins and WordPress are all updated to the latest versions.

    Please advise

    Hi,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Also you will noticed that some of the deleted products such as http://www.travelandrv.net/product/2008-flagstaff-227-fold-down/ will still show on the website unless you are logged in.

    It’s not showing up on my end logged in or not logged in.

    It could be a cache issue, kindly clear your browser cache and check again.

    Hi Again,

    I’ve removed my cashing plugins and cleared all my computers cash, we are still having the issue. if you’re logged in you can see that under http://www.travelandrv.net/product-category/used-rv/ there are 80 units but when you are not logged in you can see only 24 units under the same link. i’ve even asked some friends to test it and it showed the same result. If you can please have a second look at it.

    Hello There,

    I am another staff checking on this thread! This isn’t an issue at all. I have checked your products particularly the “Used RV” category. You have about 80 products in the backend and when you are not logged in only 24 will display.

    The simple reason why only 24 items is displaying is that the rest of the other products is set to private. When you set a product as private, only the logged customers can see all those products.

    Please edit your products and set it to public.
