Hello guys.
I have just bought this theme and installed it. I started designing my site using Cornerstone and everything were going smooth. When I finished with Cornerstone I moved to Customize section. I made all set ups and tried to save/publish with out any effect. Nothing were saved and I lost all my project. I did that twice and twice Customizer did not save any changes.
I`d like to add that once I went to customize section through Cornerstone and once through dashboard.
Before I install X theme I was editing other theme and everything was working properly. I don¬t know what is wrong. Any idea?
Thank you for assistanceApril 3, 2016 at 4:00 am #864502Hi there,
Please check this article to solve the issue with customizer : https://community.theme.co/kb/solutions-to-potential-setup-issues-customizer/

I found out that two plugins bugging customizer, first BuddyPress and X-ContentDock. When I deactivated them customizer started working properly .
April 3, 2016 at 8:56 pm #865216Hey there,
Sorry but I couldn’t login with the given password. I’d like to check why Content Dock is causing the Customizer not to save.
Thanks.

Thanks for the login. Judging on the number of plugins active in your site, you have suffered PHP memory exhaustion. Could you please increase your memory allocated to PHP a little more. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */
We would loved to know if this has work for you. Thank you.
