    error message: Package not provided

    This is a new install and was installed the exact same way as I have done previously. Nothing special was done during this installation, I have tried starting from a brand new install several times and even re-downloaded the theme to make sure the most updated version was in use. This error still occurs, any idea what is the problem?

    I’ve just installed X on another site and have exactly the same problem when trying to install a Plugin such as ContentDock.

    Message:
    Error encountered
    No package provided

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in! Try going to Dashboard > Updates and clicking Check again button. There was an issue earlier today where the package files were not being served correctly even on validated sites, but this has been resolved.

    If the issue still remain, please provide us login credentials in private reply so we can take a closer look.
