Hi,

Today I purchased this awesome theme, but although all plugins are installed from the panel, but when I open their pages, it seems they are not activated.

Should I do any special thing to activate them? As you know, having them not-activated is just like not having them at all.

Hi there,

Thanks for the details. I have logged and checked your addons page and things seem to look correct. When I open an installed plugin, I am able to open the plugin page and create new items. But is it the ‘Not Activated’ button that you are describing? If it is, you don’t have to worry about it. You can still use the plugin normally. If you want a premium support from the actual plugin developer, you can buy a separate licence for it and activate it although please note that that is not necessary anymore since the plugin comes bundled with the theme, you can freely use them.

Two more questions:

1. Will I get updates of add-ons when they be updated?

2. Is shortcodes working fine in my site? I couldn’t work with them. They were showing the codes at all. Not the result.

Thanks for updating.

#1. We update all the bundled plugins when we release update of X. Sometimes it might take some times as we first test the compatibility before packaging with X.

#2. Shortcodes should work fine if you have Cornerstone installed. If yo use shortcode within RAW Content hten you might not see the preview, check the front-end of the page. If you still face issue, would you clarify where you have used shortcode but not working?

For example, I setup content demo of Integrity 1. But animations don’t work, top slider-like part of site doesn’t come. When I hover on buttons, that custom tooltip (that I think was using shortcodes) doesn’t come. Contact form 7 shows a text of 404 not found instead of the form. That message dock that should come after a little scrolling doesn’t come. and things like this. You can check my site after logging in to admin and then visiting site. If we rate the Integrity 1 as 100, then what is imported will be rated 15.
Honestly speaking, I’m new in wordpress and this kind of themes. I have other scripts that I totally work with codes. and Not tools to easily do things. But I prefer to have these tools for my firm’s site.
But now its 3 days that I couldn’t use them for now. Hope to be able to use them soon.

Hello there,

Let me explain you how it works.

Your integrity demo one template comes with all the structure as on the Themeco Online Demo BUT it doesnt come with the whole content, it comes with placeholders instead.

In the case of the slider you need to create a slider on slider revolution and then click Edit Page on your wp-admin bar on top of the website and scroll down and you will find Slider Setting Above Masthead (Like on Integrity 1 Demo) Or Below Masthead. I can see you have now the agency slider meaning you installed agency demo at some point, you can try with it just so you have a feel, but as the agency slider isnt set to be full screen it wont give you the same effect. So You will need to create your own slider and then activate it.

The contact form it is almost the same case, you need to go to Contact Form 7 create your contact form with your e-mail details and the fields according to your wishes and then go on Cornerstone to Contact form Element and Assign your your form. At the moment there is an error because there is no form created or assigned to the Contactform Element on Cornerstone.

Same goes for the content dock. you need to install and set up, you can have a look on the forum how to do that and if you cant figure out we will be more than happy to assist you.
