Hey There,
I’m having trouble activating the product via the API code. I continually get a NO Site URL notification. Please help.
(Sorry if this is a duplicate forum post, as I can’t find my original??)

Thanks for writing in! To easily find your old posts, you can click on the account button on the top right corner and then click on the “view public profile button” under the activity box. You will then be taken to a page where you can click to see your topics and replies.
Regarding your validation issue, would you mind providing us more detail? What was your process?
Also, please provide us with login credentials so we can take a closer look. To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Thanks for providing the very detailed information. I went ahead and used the api key you have provided. I made sure that there were no blank spaces after I copied and pasted the api key to the product validation. I click the submit api key and I successfully validated your site. You can now receive update notifications and update X and the bundled plugins automatically right in your dashboard.
