I can’t install addons. “No package provided.” So I searched the forum and saw that some people just had to click “Check Now” to refresh things. No good. So I revoked the license and re-assigned it. Still nothing. What’s my next move?

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! We’ll need to check, would you mind providing us more details about your setup? Is this a multi-site install, which host are you with, any special conditions, etc? Also, please provide us with login credentials so we can take a closer look. To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing back. Kindly update your Cornerstone plugin, clear cache and try again.

Let us know how it goes.

    Cheers!

I can’t update Cornerstone because it’s not recognizing that it’s registered. That’s the whole problem here. I can’t update anything X-related.

    Hi there,

It could happen because of internal cache. Could you please try revoking your license and then re-validate to see if that helps. Check the bottom of the X Addons page to revoke your license.

Let us know how it goes.
    Thanks!

I’m having the same problem. I cannot update anything X, including Cornerstone. I’m single site but I did recently change domains (per WP Codex).

Update: I posted this right when support said to revoke and re-assign the site. I had to do it from my WP site itself, assigning the site from the Themeco Account section didn’t work. Everything works for me now.

    Hi There,

Login to your WP site admin dashboard and navigate to Addons panel. Scroll down to the button and press the revoke validation, then re-validate it again.

If this does not work, please provide us login credentials in private reply so we can take a closer look.

    Thanks.
