    Hello,

    Here’s my problem.

    When I go to Install the new plugins available with the update, e.g. Envira Gallery, Essential Grid, etc., I receive an error message

    “ConvertPlug
    Details
    INSTALL
    Installing…Error encountered. Details”

    And the “details” are: No package provided

    Please help.

    Me too! I am dealing with this now and can’t find why the buttons won’t install anything.

    I was having this issue too – I use SiteGround as my host – I turned off dynamic caching in the dashboard plugin and was able to install and activate extensions. If you have any dynamic caching, maybe try turning it off while installing the extensions?

    I dont see dynamic caching anywhere… do you mean in WordPress someplace or on CPanel for the website?

    Hi there,

    Try going to Dashboard > Updates and clicking Check again. There was an issue earlier today where the package files were not being served correctly even on validated sites, but this has been resolved. Let us know if this makes a difference.

    Hi I’m getting this problem now. I’ve just uploaded the theme to my new domain.

    I tried checking for updates and there were none and I’m still having the same problem.

    Is anyone else having the same problem a month later?

    Hi there,

    I have that just once, but revoking and re-validating fixed it from my end. Could you try that? And please provide your Admin login credentials and purchase key for testing. Please start a new thread and provide those information in a private reply.
