Hello! I know this is a plugin but I’m hoping you can help… all of a sudden, I’m no longer able to edit any of my sliders. I can open them, change settings but can’t save. Also, all of the dropdown settings on the right side of the Edit Setting do not open either. I tried creating a new slider and the new one doesn’t’ work either. I’m sure I did something in my ignorance (admitted newbie)… Thanks in advance!

Hi there,

I added a new slider titled ‘Support’ and was able to replicate the issue with right side menu.
Do you remember the last thing you’ve done before this happened? Like modifying a core file or adding a new plugin?
Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Well, I know I didn’t modify a core file but I did create a child theme and activated the Content Dock and Contact Form & plugins. I’ll try and see if that’s it. Thank you!
