When I go to the checkout section of WooCommerce during the purchase process, the logo at the top of the page that is normally there disappears and is replaced by the alt text it seems. Why is this? http://grab.by/P6ty

Looking at the code it is looking for the logo at //splitlightdesigns.com/ when it should be looking for it at https://184.154.245.129. I have searched the code and don’t see any occurrence of splitlightdesigns.com anywhere.

Where would this be stored?

Looks like you have a problem with your https and domain setup (see attachment). Please seek assistance from a WordPress developer to solve this issue.

Regarding the splitlightdesigns.com domain, please check your General settings. It is not a part of X.
