Even if I disable all plugins my website is completely ruined after I run the X-update to 4.4.1 :-/

    Hi,

I can’t login to ftp using the details you provided.

Please install the required plugin cornerstone.

Check on Addons > HOme -http://screencast.com/t/xOxU7kSHFx

    Thanks

Thank you for your quick help.
I found that the automatic install of cornerstone has failed.
After removing the folder in plugin-dir the check for updates was able to install Cornerstone. But why did this happen (Cornerstone was working fine till the update)?! How can I prevent this the next time?

    Hi Joerg,

It might be that the connection timed out in the process of updating Cornerstone. We can’t really tell how to avoid this as there are quite a few factors that would cause the update to fail.

I found the problem in the file system. Seemed to be temporary files that were locked and not removable. So it might have broken the update process.
    Thanks a lot!
