    Hi there!

    I’m building a site at test.kylierush.com and am having trouble with product validation. I went into my account and assigned the purchase code to the correct url, but there isn’t an API key that I can see. I tried using just the License code, but am receiving this error message: “Unable to locate the provided license key. Please ensure it is linked to your Themeco account.” I’ve tried to revoke and start over as well as followed the knowledge base product validation page step-by-step to no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Note: I’ll be moving this site next week which is why I haven’t validated it yet, I was planning to do that once it was in the right place, but I’m having issues deleting anything. I’ve searched the forum and found the solution to erase the whole column, but that’s not working either. I’m not even getting an error message, it just won’t let me click “yes” after I try to erase an element in Cornerstone. I figured it probably has to do with an update which is why I’m attempting to validate now.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! We have changed the validation process in the later versions, so now you don’t need to create an API key and you just need to provide the purchase code to validate.

    First of all, please make sure that you’re fully updated. You can update your theme & plugins manually and then validate your site to get the future updates (https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/).
