Upon checking, I got the following error:

VM1210:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'name' of undefined

This is preventing the slider from saving. This might be the same reason why revolution slider is not working. It is important to disable all plugins to check compatibility. Then also switch from child theme to main X theme. If you can’t do this on this live site, you can setup a staging site so we can conduct further testing.
