Please get Ninja Forms compatible with your theme. I would prefer to develop sites for my clients using X Theme, but until Ninja Forms is compatible, I can’t use your theme.

I saw another post where you talk about Contact Form 7, but the truth is, CF7 is nowhere close to Ninja Forms features or ease of use. You can see for yourself at ninjaforms.com.

In practice, the NF plug works only partially on your platform. The NF user base is very wide, this is not a niche plug-in. No other form plug-in comes close to features of Ninja Forms.

What is your refund policy? NF compatibility is crucial for two of the clients I just directed to buy your theme.

Would you mind sharing us your setup details so we could check it why it is not working. You could share us your URL and admin credential so we could check why it is not working.

I think I’ve got the same problem.

Here’s what it looks like under X Theme:

Help, anyone? I’m not a programmer but happy to learn what you can help me with. BTW I love your theme and currently working to sell a website using this. I just need to get the contact page to work.
