legalfabParticipantHi X team, my ninja forms dont seem to be appearing fine (https://legalfab.com/contact-us/ and https://legalfab.com/home/enterprise-solutions/request-a-demo/). The CSS is messed up; The boxes are thin and there is a box appearing after the submit button. As always, appreciate any assistance on this.

RupokMemberHi there,
Looks like the other content is placed after the submit button. Can you check the structure from form editor?
Thanks!

LelyModeratorHi There,
Did you change login URL? Normal wordpress login URL is not working.
I can see so many errors on the console:
You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.Ubermenu is loading Google MAP API also. Please disable it since it is loaded by the theme already. Check this on where to disable that option:http://sevenspark.com/diagnosis/duplicate-google-maps-api

LelyModeratorHi There,
I did check form and the page. I can’t see any conflict or error on the console. When I preview just the form, it is there. It is called after form content although I can’t see any setting that might enable this. Since this is a third party plugin, it would be better if you could forward this issue to Ninja Forms developer.

RadModeratorHi there,
It’s because of your cache plugin, having two cache plugin is overkill. You’re like caching the cache of one another plugin, hence seeing the broken deferred CSS. I went ahead and deactivate the Autoptimize and WP Super cache and your form are now displayed okay.
Thanks!
