Hi. I would like to have a News/Blog section within the news section, is this possible? If you look at the link below I looks a bit messy etc. I would like to have my articles with a heading, a bit of text and then a photo but I just can’t figure out how to do it. Also, if you look at the home page I want a photo to appear on the latest news posts however at the minute it is just a blue box?

That’s your blog page and you can’t directly edit the page as it uses special template which supposed to show your blog posts. You can set the layout from Customize > Blog.
If you need to modify this page somehow, you need to do it with Child Theme.

You can create a custom News / blog page using Recent Posts shortcode please see http://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/shortcodes/recent-posts/
