Really love the new wedding theme, and i have just installed it but the slider design is incomplete, and you point me to where i can download it from?
Kind Regards
Mario
May 15, 2016 at 6:40 pm #992690Hi Mario,
Thanks for writing in! By any chance did you import the wedding theme before you installed rev slider? If so this is why it did not import along with the other assets as the slider’s folder was not present.
You will need to import another expanded demo first before reimporting the wedding demo.
If you still run into issues after this, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Please validate X in your site first (see attachment). See https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/ t learn how to validate X. After that, would you mind importing the wedding demo again? Also, please check Set as private reply checkbox below so only support members could see it.
Thanks.

I see that you have the Slider Revolution Version 5.2.5, but the current version that is fully compatible with X is 5.2.4.1. Please delete your current Slider Revolution and reinstall it under Addons > Extensions.
Then download this zip file here and import to your revslider.
Hope it helps,
Regarding your second query, please provide us the username and the purchased code that you want to remove on that account.
Thanks.

May 26, 2016 at 10:20 pm #1012307Hello There,
That could be just a caching issue because when I check your site, I am seeing this:
I would recommend that you clear your mobile phone’s cache or use Google Chrome’s incognito and test your site again. If you are using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache, please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
Please let us know how it goes.
