    I have one licence for http://www.giantleapcoaching.com, the business is changing its name to http://www.thestressexpert.co.uk so i want to close down (deactivate hosting) the former domain Giantleap) and upload all the previous content to the new domain. So my questions are:
    1/Can I reassign the licence to the new domain as the other is being deactivated
    2/How can i transfer all the current content/layout etc to the new domain?

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! Yes you can reassign the license to another site. To do that, please do the following:
    1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
    2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
    3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
    4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

    And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    And if you want to migrate your old site to your new domain, please follow the instructions here: https://community.theme.co/kb/cornerstone-migration/

    To make things easier, you can make use of the 3rd party plugins like WP Clone to copy the site. Or one of these plugins may help you.

    Help! ok, i have mapped domain from original license http://www.giantleapcoaching.com to thestressexpert.co.uk, i have unassigned giant leap coaching and assigned http:thestressexpert.co.uk
    but, site in now all over the place, unreadable.
    What is wrong?

    Hi There,

    What steps you did for the migration?

    Seems like you have performed incorrectly and not even the WordPress basic Styles are loading.

    – I notice your old website is ‘off line’ , could you turn it back on if we need it?

    Please provide a detailed explanation + FTP Credentials.
