    Hello,

    I am using a multi vendor plugin and this plugin will not function as intended because It requires an updated my-account.php template file compatible with the latest version of Woocommerce please.

    I am not sure what the answer is but I can provide the website error:
    Your theme version of my-account.php template is deprecated since version 2.6! Use the latest version, which supports multiple account pages and navigation, from WC 2.6.0 instead. in /usr/www/users/eknowkxgar/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3829

    The plugin developer wrote this:
    this means you use an old version of my-account.php template. Probably the theme author released a new version of this but you override it by child theme and you need to update it. You can use a tools for file diff, in this way you can view the difference between your file and latest theme file and you can edit you custom file to update it and remove the error(s). To compare the file content with this tool: https://www.diffchecker.com/

    Hi Ronald,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi there,

    I see that you have installed WooCommerce v2.6.14 on your site. Currently we recommend WooCommerce v2.6.9 that is compatible with X theme. You can download the relevant version from here (https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/developers/) and downgrade your plugin.

    Thank you for the info, do you have any time frame as to when X will be compatible with the latest WooCommerce?
    Unfortunately the plugin I purchased for this website requires the latest version of WooCommerce to function correctly.

    I really don’t want to change the theme.
