    Greetings X,

    I personally purchased X a few months ago for a website I managed, and made changes to that website to redirect to something new which freed my license for a new site. I have made the change to add the new website, but I can’t generate a new API for some reason. I’ve checked all the threads, removed the www. in front of our site in both WordPress and on my hosting account, and still not working to register.

    I’d be happy to provide my info in a private thread so I can get this resolved.

    Also, this is my 3rd purchase of X and love the theme. Just explaining as I have worked with the theme, demo versions, etc. which has left me frustrated that I can’t simply get this validated.

    Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    Did the updates exactly as described for WordPress manually, by switching to a different theme, deleting X, installing the updated file by downloading All files and documentation at my Themeforest account. Then, installed the X.zip file in that folder in WordPress Themes “Add New”. Updated perfectly and love the new convenience of validating it with the purchase code. That was so much easier! For some reason when I downloaded X from Themeforest, it didn’t give me the latest version.

    Anyway, problem solved and couldn’t be happier. Can’t wait to begin building the new website with all the latest Cornerstone has to offer.

    Hi,

    Was trying to validate X theme and went through the process of un-assigning the site and removing the api key. Now, i am unable to generate a new api key and am basically stuck with the product validation page (see attached). Also, having trouble with deleting elements in cornerstone. Please advice.

    Hi @onebizhub

    Kindly update your theme to latest version manually for now. You can download the installable theme from themeforest or here – https://community.theme.co/dashboard/

    You can just place the extracted theme folder x under wp-content/themes/ folder using FTP replacing the old theme folder.

    Also please follow the installation video to understand it better – https://community.theme.co/kb/theme-installation/

    After installing latest X, use the Purchase code to validate your site directly, no need of API key. Let’s verify the purchase code and assign it to a site from your Themeco account – http://prntscr.com/auhw5g

    Then use the purchase code to validate your site.
