jeanetteleblancParticipantI have a popup (generic, not one i designed) showing up. I looked thorugh all the active pop ups and I can’t figure out where it is coming from. I’ve included a screen shot and will share login details privately below.
Thanks.

jeanetteleblancParticipantAdditionally – how do i set a convert plug info bar that just stays static (like a hello bar) and not slides down to cover the nav bar?

RupokMemberHi there,
The popup is coming from COnvertPlug. So just check what you have added in ConvertPlug. Info bar is a temporary thing and will be closed if user click close button. So you can’t simply make it static as it will be fixed and cover anything behind this.
Hope this makes sense.

jeanetteleblancParticipantI know it’s coming from convert plug – i’ve checked all my pop ups and can’t find this one anywhere. i am looking for help to figure this out.
are you able to help me trouble shoot to locate this pop up and turn it off?

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
The id of the popup is 7df6b. You can check it here:

I swear i have seen examples where this bar lives statically at the top or bottom of the page? if convert plug cannot do this, can you tell me how to create a static opt-in for the top or bottom of the screen that will not cover the nav bar and that I can integrate with infusionsoft?

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! I have tried any of the settings for the info bar. Regretfully there is no way you can make it positioned as static at the top of the page. I would recommend to use other alternative plugin. Perhaps this link might help: https://blog.getresponse.com/7-best-wordpress-plugins-building-list-2.html
Please let us know how it goes.
