Hello,

I need some help on validating the purchases for two licenses I got for X for the following sites:

http://www.bottazzari.com.br
http://www.proterm.srv.br

Thing is, I got these licenses a little while ago when the Validation system was still using API keys, and I kept working on the development of them on localhost (thus, I downloaded the X theme files from this old version), later on transfering everything to the correct servers. However, now I can’t seem to be able to validate them, since on the wordpress panel, X keeps asking me for an API key, and I can’t really generate one for it. I tried to assign a site to the purchase through the “Manage Licenses” section on the site, but that didn’t do anything and on wordpress, X keeps asking me for an API key for registration. I really need this to work, as I’m having a Cornerstone bug that can be fixed by updating it!

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! Have you updated X? We no longer use API keys, buy you can use your purchase/license code directly instead of the API key. Additionally, you can now have both a dev site and a live site on a single license.

If the above doesn’t work, please ensure you are updated. You may need to update manually this time if things aren’t working.

To check the latest versions, please visit our Changelog

Note: That you may need to delete Cornerstone manually via FTP if the update is not showing up. You can then reinstall it via X Addons > Extensions.
