Hi,
I’ve installed the superfly plugin but can’t get it to save or work. I’ve read through your help link and other forum articles but haven’t found an answer.

Hello There,

Thanks for updating in! I have checked your site and Superfly menu is working. The button is not showing because it is not enabled yet.

I made some changes to your settings and I was able to save all the changes I’ve made. When I check your site, the Superfly menu icon is now showing as seen here: http://prntscr.com/efrrjp

If you want to re position it, please go to SuperFly menu > Button. For more details, please check the documentation here: http://superfly.looks-awesome.com/docs/Customize/Customize_Menu_Button

And by the way, are you trying to activate SuperFly Menu using the X license code http://prnt.sc/efrorc? Please be advised that X license code can only be used in validating X theme. This will not help you in activating any of the bundled plugins. To know more how we utilized this plugin, please check this out: https://community.theme.co/kb/integrated-plugins-superfly/
