KleineLadyParticipantI want to have two sliders on my website. The first slider works excellent. But on the second slider nothing happens.
I have linked a view images with other sliders, but none of them works. And if I go to the slides and want go back with the buttons, also nothing happens at all.
WordPress, X-Theme, Plugins…all versions are current and the plugins don’t have any conflict. Please, can you help me? Thank you!

Thank you for the credentials.
Would you mind pointing us to the exact page/URL where there is an issue on the slider?February 14, 2017 at 9:43 am #1370552

LelyModeratorHi There,
Upon checking, there is an error on Cornerstone and it is not rendering properly. See attached screenshot.
Can you test first for a plugin conflict? You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. If this doesn’t work, try also to switch from child theme to main X theme just to check that this is not a result of any customization. Please note to backup your site before doing this. Do let us know how this goes.February 15, 2017 at 2:11 am #1371527
KleineLadyParticipantGood morning!
I tried all things you have recommended. Unfortunately, nothing changes. A view weeks ago, it works. Then I made a reset and began anew. Do you think, it’s better to reset again the complete website?February 15, 2017 at 4:14 am #1371673
LelyModeratorHello There,
If you have a working backup, yes you may try to reload the backup. Do let us know how this goes.
