ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Please add following code in Customize -> Custom -> Global CSS :
.archive.woocommerce div#x-content-band-3 { padding: 0; margin: 0; }If you have any additional questions at this time we kindly ask that you open them up in a separate thread. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing.
Hope that helps.

iamwithUParticipantHooray, Christopher. Finally it works! Thanks.
Yes I’ve every intention to close this thread now that the “Shop” page is finally resolved. I like to glean something from this process – is there someone who can teach me what happened here: why is it so difficult to remove blank margins from the page? Where did I go wrong in setting up the page or borders? Why is it that some advice from your Support colleagues worked, & some did not work?
This education is important in helping me as I intend to get another X licence for new websites. I like to know if X is indeed suitable for laymen like me or will I have to be dependent on Support staff, some of whom were patient and gave laymanish advice.

Paul RModeratorHi,
It’s not difficult to remove a margin, you just need to target the right html element through your css codes.
The best way to help you with this is for you to learn how to inspect element.
Please refer to the links below.

iamwithUParticipantThanks Paul, for introducing me to “Inspect Elements”.
But as a layman, I’m still not sure what went wrong in my initial margins, borders or padding. Why is it that Christopher’s advice above (to remove bottom empty space) worked, and why didn’t others work – e.g. using “mbn” did not work?
I hope to learn from this journey and use it to build another website.

Paul RModeratorHi,
It really comes down to targeting the correct element. You might have added mbn class to the wrong element.
Inspecting element will help you find which element has the margin or padding that is creating the space.
