    Hey, like you can see on my website https://lovelly.fr impossible to open the menu, the other section don’t appear when you go over with your mouse.

    Thanks for writing in! Upon checking your website I can see your menu is working fine as expected. Would you check again with a different browser and confirm with a screencast?

    The problem come back, I don’t know why, and I find another problem : when I click on a product image, it redirect me to the page of the image and no on the diaporama. The 2 problem are link because when the one was solve the other was solve to, can you help me please ?

    Maybe you are trying to load this before the script load or something.

    Kindly try from a different browser.

    And for the menu you don’t answer me ? Sorry but the problem is not resolve for me, what can I do please ? The menu and the image are bug

    Hi there,

    Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    This is not a conflict plugin, with all the plugins desactivate I got the same problem. Please help me
    When I have desactivate and reactivate all plugins it work for 5s and after rebug, what is the problem ?

    It work great on internet explporer, but not work on mozzilla and chrome, i’ve delete the cache but same problem

    I have checked the console while viewing your site and there is a JS error present on the page. This might be the cause why the dropdowns are not working.

    For us to check further, would you mind providing us with your FTP details so we can take a closer look?

    Please add the following CSS under Customizer > Custom > Global CSS:

    .x-navbar .desktop .x-nav li:hover > ul.sub-menu {
    display: block;
}
