This doesn’t happen 100% of the time but twice in the past 24 hours when viewing the site on mobile, once on phone and another time on a tablet, the logo has disapeared and the wordpress site title text shows instead of my image. When I clear cookies, and refresh, the logo shows up again. What is happening and how can I fix it? using ethos.

    Hi,

I checked your site in mobile but could not replicate the issue.

Try to optimize your logo image for fast loading.

    Hope that helps.

I’ve attached a screenshot – The image I am using for the logo is already only 33kb – is it really going to help anything, making it a little bit smaller of a file?

This is happening to me again currently, again only on mobile – (phone only not tablet).
I’ve cleared caches on website chachers, but no fix.

    Hi There,

The file size is fine. I also cannot replicate the issue on my Android Phone.

Please clear your browser cache and test it again.

If that does not work let us know which browser and device you are using while experiencing the issue.

    Thanks

Hi Joao, Thanks for your response. Yes, clearing my browser cache works – but my primary goal is to keep this from happening again as it is a recurring issue. My hosting provider says it is likely a theme issue not a host issue.
I can probably also assume that the readers of my site are not regularly clearing their browser cache – so they are likely seeing this issue unresolved.
I am seeing this issue on iphone and ipad using safari.

    Hi There

Please let us know if that happens again for you, this is not a common issue, and it is not necessary that your clients clean their cache to use your website.

    Let us know

    Cheers

    Hi,

Did it happen again after clearing your cache?

I checked again in iphone and ipad and your logo is showing up just fine.

Can you try it on another mobile device.

    Thanks

It is currently working properly, but it has happened multiple times. It is a recurring problem. Each time it can be fixed by clearing my website cachers like cloudflare, and then clearing my browser chace, but I’m trying to figure out why this is a recurring problem and keep it from happening again.

    Hi again,

Not sure why this is happening due to the cache, but do let us know when it happens again so we can take a closer look.

    Thanks!

    Hello There,

Thanks for updating in! Are you using Jetpack plugin? Most probably you have enabled Photon module. Please try to disable Photon and test your site again. By the way, before you enable Photon, please consider to know the limitations of having Photon in your site. You can check it here:
