I recently updated WordPress and all of my plugins. I previously had the post carousel in the footer of the Ethos stacked I used by adding a wp-header and wp-footer file to mt child theme. After the updates it disappeared. I was able to get it back (not exactly sure how) in the footer of the sub pages but it is no longer showing up on the homepage. Please advise as to why it might not be visible.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Thanks.

    Hi Keith,

Thanks for providing the details but would you mind providing your FTP details as well so that we can access the files you customized?

    Thank you.

    Hello Keith,

Unfortunately, the credentials is not working. I got the following error:
Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known".

    Hi there,

The custom file is still there, but the child theme template is not being called. Would it be okay if I disable all other plugins? Please backup your sites first before I do further testing.

    Thanks!
