Archive / Moved X theme from test to live site but cannot validate

    I have moved the website from test to live and I am unable to validate the live site for updates. It is saying that the purchase code has already been used – which would have been the test site. I have added the live site to the URL license listed in my account, withdrawn the old API and created a new one but still get an error. Please help, Cornerstone is no longer working either as it will not allow the update. thanks

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for the credentials, did you revoke the API key that you generate with your test domain? If not, please do so and re-validate you live domain directly with the Purchased code.

    If that does not work, please update your X|Theme and Cornerstone to the latest version since your WordPress is up to date. You can follow the Manual Updates guide provided here.
