Hi There
I have moved a website from one hosting to another but everytime I try to load Woocommerce the website breaks – I have checked the files and all there so not sure what it could be – any ideas would be appreciated.
I have the debug on.
Many thanks.
Kind regards

Upon checking your website, I see the error message from the 3rd party plugin(Woocommerce PDF Print):
http://1085530901.1066297250.temp.prositehosting.co.uk/ Notice: Undefined index: wpp_export in /home/hp3-linc1-nfs2-y/532/157532/user/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-print/main.php on line 48
Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes!
November 28, 2015 at 1:44 pm #682384thankyou I tried that and it is all up now (I think that all the woocommerce plugins needed to be put back in the right order!) but I have lots of errors re memory and wondered if this is set properly. Although it all seems to be working!

November 28, 2015 at 5:46 pm #682475Hi there
Think I will have to go to square one on this as lots wrong with it – product descriptions and data in products tabs not showing, backup software wont work, wootabs wont work (cant see inside tabs).
Bit of a nightmare really so going back to taking a fresh copy of the website and recopying to see if it makes a difference.
November 28, 2015 at 9:00 pm #682541Hello There,
We recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. You can check this warning in WooCommerce > System Status > WordPress Environment > WP Memory Limit. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512' );
You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */
To properly move your site, please check out our knowledge base for help articles:

December 1, 2015 at 5:02 am #685636Well sort of worked ! I cannot use the backup or the search or replace. The search and replace comes up with
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 307339 bytes) in /home/hp3-linc1-nfs2-y/532/157532/user/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/search-and-replace/search-and-replace.php on line 754
I need the search and replace to change the links etc.
I cannot get into the home page by just selecting edit which I need to do to get into the front of the page and none of the images are showing anywhere.
Apart from that all good ~!
Any ideas.
Thanks
December 1, 2015 at 7:46 am #685881Hi There,
I tried to login to your FTP Account but it was not working.
Could you please double check on it?
Thanks.

Thanks for the details.
Instead of making changes to the wp-config.php file, you can try the options below to increase your site’s memory limit:
1. If you have access to you php.ini file (usually stored in /etc/php.ini or /etc/php.d/cgi/php.ini or /usr/local/etc/php.ini) you will need to look for the following lines and change the values:
memory_limit = 256M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (64MB)
2. If you don’t have access to that, you can try creating or editing the “.htaccess” file in the root of your WP install.
php_value memory_limit 256M
3. If you are not comfortable in doing the steps above, or if they are not working due to restrictions placed by your host, you would need to contact them (hosting provider) to get this sorted out for you.
Let us know how it goes.
December 1, 2015 at 12:51 pm #686546Hi There
Thanks for looking. The memory at the hosting is 128M so it should really work as that should be more than enough.
I just cant work out why things are not working. I will the ht access file.Still does not explain why I cannot see the home page where you put the seo stuff ie Edit
Thanks.
December 2, 2015 at 12:30 am #687432Hi Eileen,
The url you provided above no longer works.
http://1085530901.1066297250.temp.prositehosting.co.uk/wp-admin
Though upon checking via ftp, I can see there are syntax errors in your code in wp-config.php
I was able to fix it, can you try again now.
If it still doesn’t work, please let us know the correct url.
Thanks
