Hello,
I made a popup with convert plug that is supposed to appear when the user clicks on my photo: http://dananicoledesigns.com/2017-color-trends-graphic-designers/
The photo is the last one that says “Download Here”.
However, nothing is happening. It was working earlier so I’m not sure what has happened..
Thanks,
Dana

March 19, 2017 at 9:13 am #1412767Ok sorry – I have made a new blog post with another modal that isn’t working from Convertplug. It’s on a blog post that is scheduled for tomorrow so it is not public yet as I would like to get it fixed before publishing 🙂
Would you like my login to view the issue or do you know of known fix as to why the manual shortcode would not be working? When I apply it, it makes the item disappear.
March 20, 2017 at 12:42 am #1413241Hi there,
Sure, please provide your login credentials.
For the meantime, please make sure your pop-up is allowed to the page your shortcode is added. Else, it will not really work there.
Thanks!

March 21, 2017 at 2:11 am #1414637Hi There,
I am able to check the photo on that post and I did a comparison on how you did the image here:http://dananicoledesigns.com/2017-color-trends-graphic-designers/ versus the new post. I found out that you wrap the image with span tag that has the class that will call the convertplug. See this:http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cberiQ652v Like the previous post where Converplug is working, on the other post, it is not working because the class was not added yet to image(span tag container of the image)
Hope this helps.
