Hi Support,
I can’t get the mobile version of the home page to update… I read a post about removing the visibility shortcode, but can’t seem find that. Could you point me in the right direction?
Thanks, Nikki

Thanks for writing in!
You can click on the mobile icons to check how your page looks like in mobile.
See screenshot – http://screencast.com/t/QNZ0cFOC0S
Then the visibility options are set in your sections

hope that helps
April 4, 2016 at 7:31 am #865830Hi Paul,
Thanks.
I’m not making myself clear.
I’m already viewing the page as the mobile version. The problem lies in the changes that I’ve made to the desktop version, not applying themselves to the mobile version. If I try to update the mobile version with the required text it will not save.
writersontheheath.com is the page if you want to take a look. It’s the integrity demo theme.
Any chance you could help with that?
Thanks, Nikki
April 4, 2016 at 10:51 am #866121Hi Nikki,
Thanks for updating. Kindly see the second screenshot that provided by Paul. As you are using the demo that uses content hiding feature for responsiveness so your mobile content would be in different Row. Let’s select the Row and see if any devices enabled to hide the content – http://prntscr.com/99q8up
Hope this makes sense.
If you still can’t get it, kindly provide your login credentials and let us know where you are trying to change.
Cheers!
April 4, 2016 at 11:03 am #866139Hi Rupok,
I’ve attached a screenshot. As far as I can see none of the rows I’m talking about are hidden. The sections/rows/columns display – the problem lies in being able to edit them/getting the desktop content to move across.
I’ll post my login credentials in my next reply.
Thanks, Nikki

Hidden Based on Screen Width Property is available on both Sections and ROWS. On your site it is applied on Section. See attached screenshots. The first three SECTION is for desktop screen only. TIMELINE: Small is your content for mobile. If you want the desktop content to display even on mobile screen, please check my video screencast:http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cDfhV31ynD. Select each of the first three section, then inspect element, go down to HIDDEN BASED ON SCREEN WIDTH then unselect SM and XS.
Hope this helps.
