Hi Guys..
Love the theme, probably the best wordpress theme out there.. However whatever updates i make on my site.. It does not seem to update on mobile version. i have iPhone 6s, ive cleared the cache and cookies ive also made sure my theme and plugins are up to date. The mobile version is not displaying the updated Nav Menu and showing old pages that have been updated. ive also checked to make sure i havent click on the little phone exclusion tabs to make sure everypage is visable on mobile and tablets.
I have been through this forum and found that some people are experiencing the same.. although there solutions have been simple. Mine however is blagging my head.
Please Help!….. i buy another licence hahaha
my website is http://www.zeezil.com
Kind Regards

Thanks for posting in.
I checked and I’m getting similar menu item from desktop and mobile. And I can see that you have caching plugin too.
Would you mind providing your admin login credentials in private reply?
Thanks!

Thanks, but I don’t see any difference from desktop and mobile menu. I also compared it from Admin > Appearance > Menus and they are the same. Should I expect different menu? Would you mind providing some screenshots displaying the difference or the result we should expect?
Thanks!
March 6, 2016 at 1:23 am #825406Hi,
It has actually corrected itself lol… after three week of blagging my head, as soon i post to this forum it magically repaired. I did remove a cache plugin after you mentioned i had a caching problem so that may have had something to do with it. so thanks for that.
could you recommend the best way to cache my site using this theme? other than plugging your hosting package haha.
cheers

Glad to know and you’re welcome.
All caching plugin and feature could cause that issue. Just make sure to clear caches from both end (WordPress admin and your browser).
Thanks.
