Hi, we cant seem to get the mobile menu to work on our site. The website is http://sansara.asia/ Everything works great except the mobile menu wont open.

Ive tried to get into the actual theme support section to raise a ticket but it says my purchase code is associated with another user. Ive copied it directly from 2 seperate places so it should be the correct code. I cant send my purchase code here so please advise how i can get that to you to check.
