My site is not cached. However, I did figure out the problem, or at least how to solve it: the url (.com) was masked and redirected to another (.net). When the actual site (.net) was viewed on a mobile device, it looked fine, but when the masked site (.com) was viewed, it did not. We changed our DNS records and site configuration to simply go to the correct address–the site is now .com–, and now things work fine.
