May 14, 2016 at 11:15 pm #991833Hey @oziokonc,
Thanks for updating this thread! You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
It seems that Ajax marketing Lite plugin is generating a JS error on the page. Please deactivate it and test again your site.
Please let us know how it goes.
May 15, 2016 at 8:00 am #992233Hi, Thanks for your reply. I deactivated all third party plugins, but the mobile menu problem was not fixed.
You are right with the Ajax marketing Lite plugin generating a JS error on the page. it prevented cornerstone from diplaying live preview and I have uninstalled and deleted it. what else should I do to to put the mobile menu in order?

June 22, 2016 at 1:36 pm #1054837The only way to show the menu in mobile devices is with the plugin Cornerstone?
This plugin give me a lot of problems: don’t show the grid of visual composer and the text blocks in the back-end view dont work. There is other way to show the menu?
Thank you
June 22, 2016 at 2:25 pm #1054929Hi There,
Cornerstone is not directly related to the menu so I am not sure what you mean. It also doesnt generate any conflicts with Visual Composer.
Could you please provide more details?
Thanks
Joao

To run X smoothly, you need to install Cornerstone plugin. All the shortcodes and its functionalities has been integrated in this plugin. You can get this plugin by going to X Addons > Extensions.
And X 4.5.2 and Cornerstone 1.2.4 are now available! This release contains several bug fixes and we’re quite excited about the new features, so be sure to check out the changelog. Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
Please let us know how it goes.

I did some further investigation. I noticed that you are using PHP version 5.3.10 and WordPress 4.5 requires at least 5.6 (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). This could possibly be the cause of the issue. In most cases you cannot update your PHP version yourself and need to contact your host about this. The upgrade process is an easy process and should be something your host can do for you without affecting your website or charging you for it. Here’s a letter you can send to your hosting company:
Dear host, I\'m interested in running the open-source WordPress <https://wordpress.org/> web software and I was wondering if my account supported the following: - PHP 5.6 or greater - MySQL 5.6 or greater - The mod_rewrite Apache module Looking forward to your reply.
Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.
