    Unfortunately, I cannot provide you with FTP information. If you could provide me with directions on what needs to be done or checked, I can do that for you.

    Hi there,

    I’m not sure either since I’m on still testing. With FTP, I can do some tests through coding, like check if cookies/session are properly saved. If I’ll going to provide every step which I’m not sure if will work, then this will take long.

    You can also clone your site into staging where I can access via FTP and do some testing.
