This question has been asked before, but reading through the responses, I still couldn’t figure it out:
Regarding One Page navigation: How do I mix One Page menu links with menu links to other pages?
Some of my menu links should scroll down the page, others (like Blog, or Events) should lead to a different new page. Right now when I’m at the blog page I can’t navigate back to the OnePage content, because the onepage urls don’t lead anywhere.It was suggested to use menu locations, but the theme only allows a header and footer menu location.
Another solution was as follows: For that reason we introduced custom menus. You can create a custom menu for each individual page so for example for your homepage you create a custom menu with all the selector classes like #x-content-band-1 and so on and assign it in the custom meta options to the particular page. For all other pages the fallback (primary) navigation will be visible without the selectors and the absolute links.I have set up a main menu (assigned to header and footer locations) that utilize the custom feature with selector classes. How do I assign that menu to the home page only and create a different menu for the blog page, which I want to add to the main menu? When the user is on the blog page, I want the only menu items to be “home” and “blog”. I don’t understand how to assign different menus to different pages.
Thanks for your clarification on this issue. The site is thespiralofcreativity.com. I can send you my login credentials if necessary.

This is probably what you need,

You can combine one page with standard menu.
Create a menu and use full url instead of just the ID e.g http://thespiralofcreativity.com/#x-content-band-1
Then add the javascript provided on that topic. 😉
Let me know how it works out for you.
Cheers
January 16, 2015 at 2:51 am #184217For me this solution worked fine:
One menu (defined as primary menu) with the full URIs to the #x-content-band-x and the page-link to the blogpage;
Activated ‘One page navigation’ on the homepage;
Added the custom javascript via the Appearance | Customize | Custome in the JavaScript-box.Wim

June 21, 2015 at 8:52 am #308465HELP! What worked before, stopped working. Do not know what makes this occur…
I have a website set up: http://www.cruxdigital.nl
Home is a one-pager with links to What we Solve – Experience – Team and Contact.
Blog is a blogpage /blog
News is a newspage /newsOnepage-navigation works fine on Homepage. But when on News-page. The menu doesn’t bring the visitor to de homepage (nor the several #x-content-bank-# items). Only the menu-items Home and Blog work as supposed. Clicking other menu-items just keeps the News-page scrolling up and down, like a one-pages…
Any help to solve this is very much appriciated.
Regards,
Wim
