Hi Themeco.

You’ll never guess what? i have the same problem. I have tried all of the above. I’ve tried the WordPress route with no joy and I’ve also tried the ftp route with no joy.

Once i log into my ftp, it connects to my site but the file transfer is very slow. i have more failed transfers then successful ones.

I have made sure that the file im transfering is the X theme only and not the full package.

truly dont know what else to do. i had no problems adding the theme to my other sites.

After reviewing the information provided above, I would try checking with your hosting provider on this particular issue as it sounds like something related to your setup is causing this. Typically, this is due server configuration problems (i.e. underpowered, traceroute issues, packet loss, permissions errors, et cetera). Additionally, your host will be able to diagnose things much better due to the fact that they have a more complete view of your account and can work behind the scenes with you. If the problem you are experiencing persists after working with your host, don’t hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to assist you. Any relevant information that you can share with us from your host is also greatly appreciated as it will help us to better ascertain the source of the problem.

Alternatively, please try switching to a new web host.

Ohhhh …..

I bought the plugin, and I tried to install a theme.
It was a mistake.
Because your “Theme X Instruction Installation” misled the.

So I tried again to install PLUGIN cornerstone and everything went well.

I think many buyers plugin cornestone will have the same problem.
It will want to install a theme, as it is in your Theme X installation instructions.
Therefore, you may want to make separate instalation instructions for PLUGIN cornestone (not theme X !!!)
And more clearly to distinguish.
Because it is very easy to confuse.

So I’m sorry that you took valuable time.

I have followed your instructions and attempted to upload ONLY the x.zip portion of the theme I originally downloaded from Themeforest, as well as the theme file you link to at https://community.theme.co/dashboard/

Nothing is working. I keep getting missing stylesheet messages 🙁
