Orlandoamateur.com (hosted with godaddy deluxe managed wordpress)

Website in safari (mobile) does not load consistently the same. Right now on safari (mobile) the site looks perfect for me but did not before (without making any changes). Using the same (most recent version) of safari, several people are seeing a variety of issues as if the stylesheet isn’t fully loading properly when they visit (images missing, text alignment off). I’ve tried flushing cache of site, disabling many plugins but still no resolution.

    Hi,

It could be an issue with your internet connection speed.

Do you mind doing a speed test in your phone.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Did speed test on one of the devices that is still having the issue (Ping 13ms 15.32Mbps dload/1.11Mbps upload). Mind you that when using chrome on the iPhone the site loads perfectly. Safari is the only browser we see the issue. Both iphones (6 and 6plus) at my home connected to same wifi are displaying site differently (6plus is perfect/6 has the issues). History/cache cleared and issues remain. Any other suggestions with the website or is it most likely a hosting/godaddy issue?

Load time for orlandoamateur.com in safari according to pingdom.com was 3.8 seconds (page size is 2.4mb).

    Thanks,
    Vince

    Hello There,

We could not replicate the issue in our end. We have tested your site with different browsers especially safari. It works perfectly. No loading issues nor images missing in our end. Please try checking with your hosting provider on this particular issue as it sounds like something related to your setup is causing this. Typically, this is due server configuration problems (i.e. underpowered, traceroute issues, packet loss, permissions errors, et cetera). Additionally, your host will be able to diagnose things much better due to the fact that they have a more complete view of your account and can work behind the scenes with you. If the problem you are experiencing persists after working with your host, don’t hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to assist you. Any relevant information that you can share with us from your host is also greatly appreciated as it will help us to better ascertain the source of the problem.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

I’ve moved my website to a new host but still currently experience a different Safari image issue. Right now, when I visit my site in safari (mobile) a couple images are in the wrong place(basically replaced by other images).

Here is example (the logo is appearing down in the Partners section instead of the image that’s supposed to be there): https://www.dropbox.com/s/v28lx5t5xg2t326/Photo%20Aug%2026%2C%202%2018%2006%20PM.png?dl=0

If you visit the page in chrome or any other browser there is no issue.

    Thanks.

    Hello There,

We have tested you page again in Safari mobile. We could not replicate the issue. This is what we are seeing:

This must be a browser caching issue. Please try to clear your browser cache or use the private browsing in safari and test your site again.

    Thank you.
