    Hi,

I have created a website with two pages.

I have a menu with one-page navigation on both pages.

I would like to know if it is possible to refer to #x-sections on both pages?

It means that if the user is on http://www.test.hx1201.com and then clicks on the menu item PHARMA BUSINESS – IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Then they are taken to http://test.hx1201.com/herax-academy-course-information/#x-section-7/ on the middle of the page?

Now they end up on top of the page instead.

    Thank you and best regards,
    Flemming

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! One Page Navigation supposed to use for single page so it won’t work as expected with multipage. However you can use full URL instead of just ID. Also instead of using the default ID (i.e #x-section-1), you can give them an unique ID to avoid conflicts.

    Cheers!

    Hi Rupok,

    Thanks for the answer.

So just to understand you correctly, I cannot link to an x-section on a different page?

I have for example named a section x-section-IT.

I then try to make a link to it called http://test.hx1201.com/herax-academy-course-information/#x-section-IT/ in the menu.

However, from a different page it just goes to the top of the page and from the same page it stays at the top of the page.

Is there a way I can achieve that it goes to the section on the page instead of just the top?

Maybe with an anchorlink of some sort?

    Cheers,
    Flemming

    Hi there,

Please add at least two menus, one as primary and the other as one page navigation.

Inside one page navigation use relative URLs, e.g #x-section-IT
To link menu items from primary menu to one page navigation sections, use absolute URL, e.g http://test.hx1201.com/herax-academy-course-information/#x-section-IT/

    Hope it helps.

    Hi,

    I will try this.

Is it possible to place two menus in the navbar?

Right now I have put a topbar and a navbar but it does not look that functional, see http://www.test.hx1201.com.

    Best regards,
    Flemming

    Hi Flemming,

You can add links to your topbar and they will function as secundary menu.

Simply add at your Sidebar Content Box at the Appearence / Customizer / Header/

    Ex:

    <a href="/contact-us/">Contact Us</a> | <a href="/wp-login.php">Log In</a> | <a href="/register/">Register</a>

    Hope that helps,

    Thanks

    Joao
