hello

When i try opening the menu on the mobile , it shows the drop down and slides back up. Can you help please.

I read on the forum that i am supposed to Delete the X codes plugin and use only cornerstone, but the X codes plugin is not deleting.

Thanks for writing in! The reason it is not deleting is because you haven’t updated the main X Theme. X Shortcodes was a required plugin for the version of X that you are using. This is why it is not deactivating or uninstalling. If you update your theme first, you should be able to delete X Shortcodes and install Cornerstone. Cornerstone is now the required plugin that replaces X Shortcodes, as the shortcodes are integrated within Cornerstone.

If you still run into issues after updating the theme you may need to manually remove the X shortcodes folder from the plugins directory via FTP. If you are not sure about how to do this, please provide us with login credentials so we can assist you. To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials
