    Hi There,

    Actually, you can place the lucida bright fonts folder in the root directory, but we still need the child theme’s style.css file, so we still recommend to install a child theme.

    Not sure why you can’t drag the files, what application you’re using for FTP? Is there any upload button you can use instead?

    Remove the .page-id-100 on that given CSS code. If that does not work, provide us the direct link of all those pages.

    Hi there,

    The root directory is the directory you see when you login through FTP.

    You can get the instructions on how to setup a child theme here.

    Installing and activating a child theme should not change any setup on your website but kindly keep a backup of everything just to be sure.

    Hi There,

    Sorry for the confusion, if you are using FTP, forget about Cpanel.

    You need to go to public_html and find wp-content folder.

    If you cant find it, please provide your FTP credentials in a private reply.

    Please add the following code to Appereance Customizer Custom CSS

    .x-btn-navbar, .x-btn-navbar.collapsed ,.x-btn-navbar:hover, .x-btn-navbar.collapsed:hover {
     color: grey;
}
