Hi, I am trying to create a paid subscription area of our site for our yoga classes on-demand ex: https://www.ericaleebaker.com/all-levels-with-erica-baker/ The paid -plugin/service Memberful would do exactly what we need via Stripe/Guarding specific posts and pages etc. However, it’s not compatible.
The reason from customer support was this:
Definitely. I completely agree with you it is popular, but it doesn’t use standard WordPress conventions like the_content, which is considered bad practice because it results in incompatibilities just like this. It’s not possible for us (or any plugin developer) to guess at how every poorly coded theme chooses to implement their content presentation, so we the standard WordPress approach. That is exactly why the standard exists.
Either way, I totally understand the frustration, and I apologize for the incompatibility with X, but there isn’t anything we can do to fix it.

Is there any way to make this poorly coded X theme (sarcasm) work with Memberful?
Do you have a service you would recommend that has the ease and simplicity Memberful offers for creating a paid membership site compatible with X?Thanks in advance
